Emma Bangert (She/Her/Hers)

Emma Bangert majored in English and Creative Writing. Spending most of her childhood outdoors made her appreciate what Earth has to offer. As she grew up, Emma was struck at how human actions were negatively affecting Earth’s environment. This propelled her to develop a passion for sustainability and doing what she could to keep Earth healthy and beautiful. She was excited for the opportunity to continue to develop her passion for sustainability while working in the Office of Sustainability! As a student, in her spare time between work and school, you could find her writing, reading a good book, or hanging out with her friends--and of course, taking care of her sweet rescue puppy, Lilo!
