Halley received a Masters of Science in Communication and Community Innovation at the University of Arizona. She was a graduate teaching assistant in the AETI program and participated in Students for Sustainability for four years. They're a third generation Tucsonan and was passionate about storytelling, community cultivation, art in science, biodiversity, and resilience in food systems. They're an active climber, disabilities advocate, and a fiery vegan cook. She loves her two kitties and was passionate about increasing Tucson's wellbeing and climate resilience.
