Drop-Ins

The CSF Committee members hold Virtual Office Hours dedicated for drop-ins through the semester! Please utilize them for anything CSF-related. For example, drop into Virtual Office Hours on Zoom when you have questions on:

  • The Fund and its operation that aren't answered by our FAQs or webpages
  • The Committee's feedback and guidance after an initial application was not approved
  • Your proposal idea and whether or not it fits within the scope of the Fund
  • How to strengthen your proposal's application or impact

The CSF Committee strongly encourages applicants to connect with a member of the CSF Committee through Virtual Office Hours as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that each team will be able to secure the approvals, letters, documentations, or quotes that might be necessary to procure prior to the submission of the Final Application.

Annual Grant's Required Virtual Office Hour

All prospective Annual Grant applicants must attend a CSF Committee or CSF Coordinator Virtual Office Hour meeting prior to submitting a Preliminary Application. Annual Grant Virtual Office Hours will be held the weeks of October 31, November 7, and November 14 of 2022 and January 2 and January 9 of 2023.

Applicants must have accomplished preliminary work prior to the Virtual Office Hour meeting to the extent that the applicant can answer questions about the scope, logistics, objectives, outcomes, and intention of their project idea.
