Salomé Arrieta (She/Her/Hers)

Hello, my name is Salomé Arrieta, and I am majoring in Environmental Science here at the U of A! I grew up in Tucson and have a deep love and appreciation for the Sonoran Desert. I have always been drawn to being outside and exploring the environment which is why I feel so lucky that I get to pursue that passion with my undergraduate education. Being involved in sustainability is a very important part of my life as a way to give back to the environment and my brilliant community! When I'm not in school I enjoy rock climbing, mystery novels, and dancing with my friends. I am looking forward to joining the Office of Sustainability and working to create a more sustainable community here on campus!
