Kelly Rushford (She/Her/Hers)

Kelly worked for the Compost Cats from August 2022 to May 2023 as an Environmental Education Specialist and Education Team Lead. She graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science with an Emphasis in Communication, Leadership, and Sustainability, as well as a Minor in Spanish. She was an integral asset to our Education and Outreach teams. Kelly’s main was revamping our education materials, improving our demonstration sites, and helping us increase accessibility across projects. Though her time with us was short, we are so lucky to have had her expertise and passion on our team for the past year. She enjoyed being in the community and making our city a better place for us all. Kelly plans to stick around in Tucson and continue her involvement in our community and local sustainability initiatives.
