The University of Arizona has again earned recognition as one of the nation’s most environmentally conscious institutions in The Princeton Review Guide to Green Colleges: 2026 Edition, ranking No. 48 nationally. The university achieved a Green Rating of 94 out of 99, reaffirming its strong commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability in academics, operations, and student engagement.
In 2024, the university achieved this milestone for the first time by ranking No. 50 nationally and No. 17 among Research I universities in The Princeton Review’s 2024 Guide to Green Colleges list.
