Campus Sustainability Fund Grant Highlight: Biosphere 2 Delivers First Lettuce Harvest to Campus Pantry and Local Food Bank
Biosphere 2 has been busy growing leafy greens in their new Freight Farm, a hyper-productive hydroponic container farm. Their harvests are then distributed to two local food banks - Campus Pantry and Impact of Southern Arizona.
